Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Use: The item must not be worn or used.

  • Packaging: It must be returned with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Note: Sale items, promotions, and special offers are not eligible for return. Please check the product-specific conditions before purchasing.


How to Start a Return

Follow these simple steps to lodge your return:

  1. Contact us: Email Info@nouvelle.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Return label: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return label and further instructions via email.

  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item, preferably in its original packaging.

  4. Shipping info: Email us once you’ve sent the parcel back, including the tracking details.


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is damaged or if you’ve received the wrong product, contact us straight away at Info@nouvelle.com. We’ll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

Want a different item? Please return the unwanted product following the steps above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
